Shipping :
Every order is carefully prepared before beginning its journey to you.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.
Estimated delivery times :
For ready-to-ship pieces, please allow 8 - 10 days for delivery.
Personalized and made-to-order pieces require additional time to be crafted before dispatch. Please allow 7 days for production and 8 - 10 days for delivery.
Please note that delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, carriers may experience delays due to circumstances outside our control, particularly during busy periods. If your parcel appears delayed or encounters an issue in transit, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Returns :
We hope every piece you receive becomes one you’ll want to keep.
For non-personalized jewelry, you have the right to notify us of your decision to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
For non-personalized jewelry, return shipping is free for you and paid by THE KEEPS. Contact us to receive a prepaid return label and instructions. Under EU rules, if the customer exercises the statutory right of withdrawal, the standard outbound delivery cost is generally refundable too; an extra charge for a more expensive delivery method need not be.
Personalized Jewelry :
Because personalized pieces are created specifically for you, made-to-order or clearly personalized jewelry cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind.
This includes pieces customized with a name, word, initials or other specifications chosen especially for you. This exception is expressly recognized under EU consumer law.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered. EU consumer protections continue to apply to defective or non-conforming goods.
